About

The Sanford Clock Tower is a beautiful 6 story brick building built in 1922 by Stephen Sanford as the headquarters for his carpet business. Over 90 years later the building has undergone many transformations of use including the worldwide headquarters for Coleco (remember cabbage patch dolls, and coleco vision!).  The current owners have been working on the adaptive reuse for the building while keeping with its heritage.

Many of the spaces in the building offer beautiful restored maple flooring with high 14 foot ceilings and exposed brick work.  New tenants can build a custom space tailored  for their exact needs or choose from great options that are already available.  No matter what your business size or style The Sanford Clock Tower has a space that can meet your needs.

Conveniently located in Amsterdam New York the property is within 2 miles of Interstate 90 and sits 100 yards between RT 30 and RT 67 with access to RT 5 a stones throw away.  If your business services Albany, Saratoga Springs, Utica, Syracuse and more of the surrounding areas then you could not ask for a better location.
